Celebrating Belgian independance

The Cinquantenaire (the fiftieth) is a Park established in 1880 to celebrate the 50th birthday of Belgian independence.
Located next to the European quarter, the Cinquantenaire park consists of a large arch with  images of the former 9 provinces of Belgium. It is also the home to many famous exhibition halls such as  The National Museum of The Royal Army, The War history Museum, The Autoworld Car Museum and the Royal Museum of Art and History.
