Health & Safety 

Ensuring the health and well-being of our employees and guests is our most important priority.

Are there any changes to check in or check out?

Our check in/check out time remains the same however, we will try our best to accommodate early check in requests to reduce wait times and accommodate travel schedules.

Guests should adhere to the physical distancing in place in the lobby whilst checking in and checking out.” Please wait here” foot placements will be situated in hotels where the floor coverings allow.

Sanitising stations will be provided at the main entrance.

Reception Desk counters will all have a sneeze guard screen in the location where Guests are checking in.

Each guest will receive a Welcome letter, which will contain key safety information and an outline of the facilities available, including what Covid-19 protocols are in place.

Elevator signage will advise that only 1 guest may travel per elevator unless related.

Do I need to wear a mask?

Appropriate PPE will be worn by all employees and in adherence to any government or local regulations and guidance. Guests are not required to wear a mask; however, we will provide each guest with alcohol wipes for personal use. Face masks will be available on request. Contactless hand sanitiser dispensers will also be placed at key guest and employee entrances and contact areas throughout the hotel. Dedicated employees will sanitize all public areas and staff changing rooms on a more frequent basis.

Are there any changes to my room?

Certain items will be removed from your room such as notepad and pens, laundry bag, information folder and water in the minibar.

Government and WHO guidelines for cleaning and sanitising guest rooms will be adhered to. Frequently touched areas will be thoroughly disinfected regularly during your stay. (i.e. telephones, remote controls, safes, switches, handles, taps etc)

Extra pillows and blankets stored in guest room wardrobes will be removed, but available on request

We will not be operating a mini bar service however items will be available at the bar and in the vending machine.

Tea and coffee making facilities will available in the room

Rooms will only be cleaned on request. We will provide clean, towels, sheets, toiletries on request. This is to safeguard our team and guests.

What additional cleaning protocols are being introduced?

Industry leading cleaning and sanitising protocols are used to clean guest facilities, with particular attention paid to high-touch items including television remote controls, toilet seats and handles, door and furniture handles, taps, nightstands, telephones, in-room control panels, light switches, temperature control panels, alarm clocks, luggage racks and flooring.

Will there still be a buffet breakfast?

Buffet breakfasts will be limited, we work on a Grab and Go basis. Order will be taken for Juice, Tea/ Coffee, Breads, Hot breakfast will be plated from the kitchen. Tables in restaurants and bars will be arranged to ensure appropriate distancing and menus will be laminated to facilitate disinfection.

Will the bars be open?

Yes, the bars will be open and appropriate changes to seating will be made to accommodate social distancing. As for dining options there are many restaurants just across from the hotel who offer also take away.

Q: Where exactly is The Gresham Belson Hotel

The hotel is situated in between the Brussels Zaventem Airport (8kms) and the City centre.

Q: How close the city bus stop?

The is a bus stop just in front of the hotel that takes you right in to the city centre.  There is a bus stop only 1 km from the hotel tat that’s you the EU district and to the Brussels airport

Q: How far is Brussels City Centre?

Brussels City centre is situated just 8 kilometres from the hotel.

Parking

Q: Does the hotel have a car park?

The Hotel has an an underground secured car park for up to 40 cars. Currrently parking is complimentary for hotel guests. 

Rooms

Q: When can I check-in? What time is check out? 

Your room is available for check-in from 3pm, check-out time is 12 noon. If you are arriving early or would like a later checkout time please contact us (additional charges may apply).

Q: Is it possible to get a late checkout?

We offer late check out subject to business levels, please enquire at booking stage

Q: Do you have family rooms? Are cots for children available?

We have ample sized family rooms and family interconnecting rooms. In addition we offer cots, please request at booking stage

Q: Do you have triple rooms? 

We have a limited selection of triple rooms with varying set ups. Please contact us for more details.

Q: What is the hotel’s credit card policy?

All major credit cards are accepted

Q: Does the hotel provide international adaptors?

The hotel provides international adaptors, please request at booking stage or on check in.

Q: Do you offer hairdryers in your guestrooms?

We provide hairdryers in all of our rooms.

Q: Do you provide coffee makers in your guestrooms?

We provide coffee and tea making facilities in all of our rooms.

Q: Do you provide irons and ironing boards for use during my stay?

We provide Irons and Ironing Boards in all of our rooms.

Q: Is the hotel air-conditioned?

The hotel is fully air conditioned and individually controllable.

Q: Do you accept group bookings? 

Yes, we do with pleasure! If you are reserving 5 or more rooms for your party please contact us. 
Does the hotel accommodate people with disabilities? We have do not have adapted rooms but all public areas including reception, and dining areas are wheelchair accessible.

Q: Do you have a restaurant? 

Hot breakfast is served each morning in the Dublin room. We do have a bar restaurants where we serve hot and cold dishes. There's a large variety of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Please ask us and we would be happy to make recommendations.

Q: What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 6.30am to 10.30am 

Q: Does the hotel accept pets? 

Only guide dogs are permitted in the hotel. 

Q: What is the cancellation policy? 

The cancellation policy will depend on the rate plan you have booked, details can be found on cancellation policy page or on your confirmation email. 

Q: How will my details be used? 

We process the personal information which you provide us via this website and collect information about the transactions you undertake including details of payment cards used. This is for the purposes of dealing with your bookings and requests, tailoring our services to your requirements, providing you information about products and services we offer and to improve our services. Q: Do you have smoking rooms? 

We are proud to inform you that our entire hotel is non-smoking.

Q: Does the hotel have internet access? 

The Hotel provides High-Speed internet access via Fibre, which is stable during the entire day.

Q: Do your bathrooms have bath or shower? 

All bathrooms are complete with shower and/or bath.

Q: Does the hotel have room service? 

Yes, We do have this service available from 07h00 until 10h00 and from 17h00 until 00h30

Q: Does the hotel have car parking? 

We do not have our own car park but The Gresham Car Park is located next to the hotel. We have a special rate for our guests which is €17 for 24 hrs 

Q: Do you welcome children? 

Yes children are welcome to The Gresham Belson Hotel.
